The goal of the Multi Serial Number Pick Screen is to enable users to efficiently pick up to 500 serial numbers at once, eliminating the need to select them individually. Current Situation
Currently, users have the flexibility to use the single serial number pick option when dealing with a smaller quantity of serial numbers. However, for scenarios involving a large number of serial numbers, they can switch to the Multi Serial Number Pick Screen, which streamlines the process and enhances productivity.

Planned Features and Improvements
Serial Number Range Filter: Add a feature that allows users to input a range of serial numbers (e.g., by starting and ending values) to automatically select all applicable serial numbers within that range, further simplifying bulk selection and reducing manual input.

The Axolt Inventory & Quality Check Mobile App, built using React Native and Salesforce Mobile SDK, is designed to streamline return inspections and quality control processes. Currently, the app allows users to scan RMAs, capture images and videos, and sync return data with Salesforce.

Planned Features and Improvements

The Axolt inventory & quality check mobile App will feature enhanced barcode scanning for faster and more accurate RMA detection, seamless Salesforce integration for real-time data sync, an improved UI with dedicated sections for Pending Uploads and Returns Processing, and inventory tracking to monitor returned items efficiently.

The admin can review, approve, or reject applicants. Rejected applicants are informed, while approved ones receive interview invitations and can track their application stages. If selected, an employee record is created; if unsuccessful, they’re notified of the outcome.

Current Situation The Interview Process is fully operational. It efficiently handles job applications, admin reviews, interview scheduling, and status updates. Applicants can monitor their progress, and the system seamlessly transitions successful candidates into employee records while notifying others of rejection, meeting all core objectives reliably.

Currently, the system lacks centralized visibility and control over resource assignment to Work Centres. Resource allocation is manual and unlinked to Work Centre capacity or scheduling.

Planned Features and Improvements

• Work Centre Control (WCC): A new section to be added alongside Planner, Scheduler, and Builder. It will provide an overview of all active Work Centres, allocated resources, and scheduled MOs.

• Resource Allocation Button: To be introduced under the Resource tab, enabling users to allocate and reassign resources based on availability and conflicts.

• Conflict Handling: The system will identify and prompt reallocation if a resource is assigned to multiple WCs in the same time slot.

• Workbench Enhancement: Users can navigate from the Resource tab to Work Centre Control for easier management.

• Capacity Monitoring (Upcoming): Enable tracking of WC capacity in minutes to assess underutilization. For example, if a WC has a capacity of 100 minutes and only 60 are used, users will be able to monitor and plan for the unused capacity.

Current Situation The UoM Conversion feature is fully operational. Users can create various UoM conversions and apply them within the manufacturing screen. For example, a BOM purchased in TONs can be consumed in KGs during production, with the system handling the conversion accurately. This functionality is integrated into the Manufacturing Order (MO) screen, working effectively.

Automatic Conversion Suggestions: Offer precalculated conversion options based on commonly used UoMs or historical data, reducing setup time.
